AWG Cares is our employee charitable foundation.
The foundation focuses its efforts on three main areas of charitable work: disaster relief, medical research, and hunger/ homeless programs. All employees are able to contribute right away to help these charities and community organizations.
AWG Cares also includes an Employee Relief Fund. Employees who have experienced financial hardship caused by emergencies such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes or other natural disasters, fires or explosions, significant medical situations, death of the employee or the employee’s family member, or other similar circumstances, can apply for short-term assistance.
As of November 2025, AWG Cares has made over 400 grants totaling more than $1.09 million in community and employee support.
